The CAMACOP has launched its Leadership Development Program (LDP) for leaders particularly for the members of the District Ministry Team this year.
The recent LDP was conducted for West Mindanao Region on June 20-24, 2011 at ANKLA, Banigan,Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte.
It was attended by 39 participants from the following districts, namely, STTD, ZAMBAS District, WMD, EZD and NMD. Then the next LDP was conducted for North Central Eastern Mindanao Region on June 27 to July 1, 2011 at DABC, Davao City. It was attended by 43 participants from NECD, DOMA, MDD, NEMD and NCMD.
The national personnel, namely, Bishop Eduardo C. Cajes, Rev. Joseph I. Reyes, Dr. Averell U. Aragon, Mrs. Ana A. Nebab and Bishop Reniel Joel A. Nebab conducted the LDP with 12 seminar presentations.
The LDP is a holistic approach to the training of current and potential CAMACOP leaders. The LDP consists of strategic, leadership, corporeal and spiritual formations of the leader.
The seminar topics were the following: 
(1) The Leaders and the CAMACOP Vision, Mission and Objectives;
(2) The CAMACOP Leader and His Physical Workout;
(3) The Leader in the Overall Purpose of CAMACOP;
(4) The CAMACOP Leaders and His Health (Balance Diet);
(5) The Leader and the CAMACOP Organizational Structure;
(6) The Leader and the Policies and Procedures of CAMACOP;
(7) The CAMACOP Leader and the Management of Conflict;
(8) The Leader and the CAMACOP Financial System;
(9) The Leader and the Corporate Culture of CAMACOP;
(10) The Leader and Leadership Competence;
(11) The Leader and CAMACOP Benefits; and
(12) The Leader and the CAMACOP Corporate Documents.


The purpose of the LDP is to have a pool of trained leaders to take on positions of leadership in the organization.
The next LDP schedules are in the following regions:
a. Visayas Region – July 18-22, 2011 in Cebu City
b. South Central Mindanao Region- July 25-29, 2011 in Koronadal City or South Cotabato
c. North Central Luzon Region- September 26-30, 2011 in Olongapo City and Metro Manila
d. Southern Luzon Region- October 3-7, 2011 in Pasig City
